How To Use
Diffuse: Add 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to your oil diffuser for a calming and refreshing atmosphere.
Home: Add 2-3 drops of any of the Tranquil Collection Blends to a dryer ball and place it in the dryer with your laundry for a subtle, serene scent on your clothes all day.
Skin + Body: Dilute 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil before applying to the skin. These blends can be used for a relaxing massage, balancing your body and mind. For example, massage the Breathe Blend into your chest and back to open up the airways, or the Meditate Blend into your feet to promote restful sleep.
For an added indulgence, add 5-10 drops of any of these blends to a warm bath for a soothing soak.
