Shipping policy

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our store in Richboro, Pennsylvania, 18954. 

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $100.00 - applied automatically at checkout, no promo code is needed.
Orders under $100.00 can be shipped via the Standard method for $10.00.
Orders placed with the Standard Shipping option are usually delivered within 3-6 business days. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival.

All in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days.

What about express shipping? 
We offer $25.00 flat rate Express Shipping. 
All in-stock items placed after 1 pm EST ship the next business day and do not include weekend delivery.

Where is my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
 
Do you ship to the P.O. box?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes using USPS.

Do you charge a sales tax? 
We are located in Pennsylvania and charge a sales tax on orders only shipped within our state. When order is placed directly through Shopify (not Shop app), we do not charge sales taxes when orders are shipped to any other American state or territory. 
If Shop app is used at checkout, the sales tax will be charged autoatically for any state and territory. 

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally via USPS to most of the countries. You can check the shipping cost for your order at checkout.
